Paypal Payment is accepted within 3 days of purchase.

If payment is not made by day 3, and no contact has been made, I will cancel the sale.

♥ SHIPPING
I always try to ship in a timely manner. Each item states the time frame in which it will be dispatched, but it's normally within 1-5 days of payment,
If for some reason there is a delay, I will always notify you right away.

Orders ship approximately 2-3 times a week. Please contact me if you need your order shipped quickly, just in case your order came in on a non-shipping day.

NORMAL DELIVERY TIMES:
UK - 1-2 days (after the item is shipped)
USA & Canada - 8-12 working days (after the item is shipped)
Australia - 2-3 weeks (after the item is shipped)
All other international - 2-3 weeks (after the item is shipped)
* Please note that these timescales are estimates and most of the time they arrive sooner, but occasionally adverse weather, holidays etc might cause a slight delay.

All items will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st class or Royal Mail standard airmail. There are no tracking available on the above options.

All my items are gift wrapped and packed in super safe and sturdy packaging.

I ship to your ETSY address, so please make sure this is correct. If you receive your item damaged, please email me at info [!at] mayacroft.co.uk with an image of the damage or convo here on Etsy and we can work out a solution.

If you would like (or require) tracking of your parcel, please purchase the shipping upgrade at checkout to ensure you get a tracking reference.

♥ CUSTOMS
All customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
International duties and taxes must be paid for by the customer.
